that trump's response to this pandemic is because of his ineptness. This is by design.

It is symptomatic of someone going out of their way to do the wrong thing.

Throw out the pandemic playbook
Defund the CDC
Shut down the pandemic response team in the cabinet
Shut down our pandemic response team in China
Stockpile no longer exist
Contracts to build/buy supplies allow private companies to sell to the highest bidder
When a state becomes the highest bidder the government cancels their orders
Allow a religious sect to open a "hospital" in a hard hit area, where the workers sign a pledge saying they do not support the LBGQT community

Only 3 people being treated on the Comfort ships to alleviate overwhelmed hospitals
shutting down scientists that speak the truth

Food shortages

this goes beyond being ignorant.

trump likes death porn.
