The last time there was a conservative government in Ontario they cut the amount people on welfare could have to spent on rent in their first two weeks in office. People had to give up their apartments and move into rooming houses within months. They were all about shock treatment and social engineering. My local French speaking hospital that I go to will probably be closed.
