1. We're so different than the US regarding guns

E.g. when that shooting happened before the Congressional baseball game and Scalia was almost killed, as a Canadian my first thought was " well now those Repugnicans will see-the-light and not want guns around and maybe they'd clamp down on the NRA. I was shocked when it was stated that if they'd all had guns, the shooter could've been stopped sooner! We are just SO different on our outlook on guns. The U.S. allowing the release of 3D printer blueprints for guns is a really bad decision and one that wouldn't even have been contemplated here. Wowzers
