1. My belief is no, still not certain.

There is a majority in parliament that can block a no deal Brexit. However there is no majority to pass the deal that exists. The EU states that they won't change the deal.

My belief is that BoJo is going to prepare for a no deal Brexit and push it through with all kinds of delaying tactics to circumvent parliament. The judiciary hasn't weighed in. Sir John Major has already stated that he will sue the government if BoJo prorogues parliament so that there is no time to prevent a no deal Brexit.

So no certainty yet, but signs point more toward no deal Brexit.
