I spray everything inside (a barely warm oven helps)
down with soap solution, cover with soaking wet paper towels. Spray solution on these paper towels too. Soak until softened or about 30 min with a paste made of arm and Hammer with a stiff brush. Rinse and repeat. I have seen people using a ball of aluminum foil to scrub but not on the glass door part.
