You can set up Mac Mail that way.

I gave up using Comcast as my main e-mail address because they arbitrarily decided that clients of mine were spammers and bounced their e-mails without telling me. Now I access Comcast through the web only and use it only as my address for online purchases. That means that most advertising goes there and doesn't clutter up my main mailboxes.
