Denver’s decades long pit bull ban is about to end

Pit bull owners in The Mile High City will reportedly have to register their “breed-restricted” dogs and adhere to rules including micro-chipping their dogs and reporting their pitties missing within eight hours if one of them gets away. If that pit bull behaves properly for three years, the breed restriction is lifted.

The new law also places a two pit bull maximum per household.
