5. Perhaps...but just because the tags expired in 1997 doesn't mean the car is junk.

doubtful, but what if it was a 1956 For Thunderbird? It would be worth a ton of money. Of course I would highly doubt the owner of such a car would let the tags expire....perhaps it was a 1976 Ford Pinto???
