Every am have a 7-egg omelet. No joke. It's supposed to make you very, very healthy. Meats all day. Don't worry about vegetables. Unbelievable. We're in the 'Joe Rogaine Era' where up is down, right is wrong and flat Earth, not globe. Pass the Ivermectin....
