There’s power in a union.
NEA-AFT-AFL-CIO through my retirement. Joined NEA as a student teacher way back in the last millennium. Served as building/school rep, local board of directors, state and national delegate for many years.

I think “the youths” are searching and learning about the value of unionizing. The employees of a tech company my daughter works for have started to talk about unionizing. She grew up in our union household, saw the hard work it took and the good things we worked on even if not always accomplished. She’s already a leader among her peers. I have much hope for their future and ours.
