3. Florida weather in summer is no joke.

I do some light weeding and in 15 minutes soaked all over. At the very least, they should have a cooler full of water they can grab every ten minutes or so. It’s amazing to see roofers out everyday doing 12 hours a day in summer. Some have been doing it twenty years. Amazing.
