Context might help? Labor contract negotiation. Mediation w mananagement for union members? Id search out books once you have the correct phrasing and subject specifics.
Main issue w negotiations you have to leave a way out for the other side. Something even trivial so they can save face. It's very similar to sales, do the trial close, anchoring and so on. Also ask personal questions to try and get some commonality with them. As the other side are employees just not in the union.
