1. Or we should put our public money into transit that doesn't rely on gov't

A type of transit that is profitable as soon as it's constructed.

A type of transit that provides door-to-door service for far less cost than the inconvenient, wasteful buses and trains of today.

A type of transit that takes a rider directly to his/her destination without waiting to pick up or drop off others along the way.

A type of transit that does not rely on subsidies to stay afloat, one that is profitable as soon as it's built.

Or... we could stick with buses and trains and keep watching routes get canceled, watch projects get down-scaled or terminated, watch service get worse and worse.
