In Bangkok and Pattaya. Also the BTS Skytrain in Bangkok, taxis and motorbike taxis in both cities, and baht buses in Pattaya. Also the Underground in London and the trams in Amsterdam. Mass transit is MUCH better in southeast Asia and western Europe than in this country. In this country, not having a car is like having both your legs cut off at the knees. In those other countries, the ones I've been. in at least, I could get along just fine without a car at all. Just the local mass transit and my legs.
