The NY MTA is possibly the most corrupt and/or inept agency in the whole country. Their cost overruns are truly insane. This "Study" is a pro corporate hit piece full of out right lies and inaccuracies. Through running can surly be implemented fairly cost effectively. https://www.rethinkpennstationnyc.org/
