Putin's dilemma is getting much more complicated for him. This time, it is between saving the Kursk region or saving the regime of Putin. And knowing, just how much Putin loves power, it is pretty obvious which decision he will take. Putin is ready to give up Kursk to protect his regime. But in the meantime, Putin considers to send untrained conscripts to try and defend it. What is even more surprising is the public's complete apathy towards these events.
