we are all shocked here by the horrible murder.

And IMO anyone has a right to comment on our referendum, whether governments or independent bodies, and many non-EU governments are expressing their views. Mostly in favour of Remain, with the exception of such as Putin and Trump. I don't think our vote is going to be influenced by the Israeli settlers, and am more worried by their influence on the Israeli government!
