Syrian weapons you would have a point. But these are Iranian ones, newly deployed. Controlled by Iranian forces. Most of the countries around Israel have either recognized its right to exist openly (Jordan, Egypt), have in effect recognized its right to exist with back door channels, quietly working together (Saudia Arabia) or have had a status quo peace (syria up until now and Lebanon for the most part).

Iran is the only one that still openly calls for Israel's destruction and funds forces that are trying to push this (Hezbollah).
