1. Jerry, "Ruthie", David, Eldon and Steve, RIP

All my 5 best friends, Eldon was the last to pass on in 1992, leaving me widowed. Every one a kind and gentle, loving soul the world has suffered great loss in their absence. 5 voices that could have helped us all tip the balance to prevent atrocities such as TFG "winning" office. At least they all got to meet Liz Taylor on her many support visits to SF General before they were gone.
Golden memories of every one of these. Jerry's smile could light up a whole room. "Ruth" drag routines cracked up entire crowds. David came in handy anytime you needed someone strong as the proverbial ox. Steve produced great works of art. And Eldon--- my beloved other half, I'd never finished college without his support, and I'll take our secrets to my grave.
There's no bottom to the RW crazies who have started this "groomer" shit, not only in it's complete lack of truth but intentional ignorance towards LGBTQ contributions to all our health, welfare and happiness.
Wonder sometimes why it seems the world has lost it's collective mind? There were individuals designed to help with that, no longer with us.
