8. Pissant Nazi governor can dictate a federal program... how?

Not only is this blatant discrimination but how the hell can a governor effectively decide what a federal program can and cannot do? I don't give a damn if it's "his" state or not. He doesn't work for the federal government and shouldn't be in any position to control what Medicaid can and cannot do.

But why would that matter to him? Little fucking Napoleon of Florida just can't go 6 hours without bullying trans people.
