"Specifically, the Senate version states no church can face a civil lawsuit or other legal action for refusing to provide any service or access to its facilities for any marriage it opposes."

"Provide any service" is the verbiage that I find the most alarming. This could apply to any discrimination at any church run entity, such as employment discrimination at church-run accredited colleges, "mental health" or "social services" that are harmful, and it's unclear about abuse.

That seems like a helluva trade off.
