Lots of experience in the state capitol. House speaker in Salem. Smart and capable. We voted for her! And she’s part of a new wave that promotes an even wider talent pool than just more middle-aged and older white men. Why shouldn’t everyone in America, male or female, black or white or brown, gay or straight, be able to see themselves in their leaders?
