1. The flatness of the back of his head isn't an injury, if it were he'd likely be dead

I suspect either a congenital defect or perhaps serious drug/alcohol use by the mother in utero. Or perhaps too much time spent on it's back as a little baby.

Certainly doesn't seem to be much room for 'brains' in that thick skull.

And this is the dude we were led to believe earlier today is 'non-binary'?

I don't mean to stereotype, but this is not the appearance of anyone I personally know who's non-binary.
