The story is all over conservative / Christian news sites & has been for two days & none have mentioned such an ordinance or city code.

Plus I did what I'd consider an okay search for ordinances or city codes regarding who businesses have to server or cannot discriminate against and found nothing.

Also, there were at least two instances in the news during the Trump Years when his supporters were denied service in restaurants; nothing came of either insofar as the establishment breaking any laws.
