brought down by addiction and an inability to survive life's vicissitudes, now condemned to suffer in death what she endured in too short a life.

We still have the music, however, and that's how she wanted to be remembered anyway.

Thank I'll crank up some Frank, or get Back to Black again. There's a wonderful talent there, even if it's missing from the big screen.
