Notice the word 'a' as opposed to 'the' here.

And how many of those people OD'd on purpose, any clue?

Important to note is that it's a mild mu opioid receptor agonist, meaning it's essentially mild opioid-like drug, which leads many people to use it get off of harder stuff. But guess what? Getting off hard dope is a BITCH, and people kill themselves while in the throes of withdrawals ALL THE TIME.

So this number, w/o a corresponding count of how many are suspected suicides ... means very little.
