He's said to be working on plans to counter Russian and Chinese dominance in the 3rd world vaccine supply, to be announced in June or July.

This will almost certainly mean more vaccines for low/middle-income countries, more competition - and ultimately, a foreign policy win for the U.S.

Covid, after all, doesn't know from borders.
