What dose CoQ10? [View all]

I have been getting mine from COSTCO - 100 mg softgels made by trunature.

But could not find them at a recent visit.

Instead there is a bottle of a 200 mg dose made by NatureMade - a well known manufacturer. Also, COSTCO ‘s own brand of 250 mg. And cheaper.

I do not follow the idea that more is necessarily better so I got the 200 mg one.

What dose do people here take?

And by the way, the old bottle, the 100 mg, had 250 softgels. The new one, the 200 mg has only 140 softgels.

I may have to look at Walgreens or CVS.
