Knowing that you take statins, I now really suggest that you switch to a ubiquinol product.

Also, as I mentioned earlier, soybean oil is bad; it causes dysfunction in ~100 different brain genes and really shouldn't be ingested, even in the small amounts in a supplement. One of the reasons I like Doctor's Best is that they use extra virgin olive oil as their carrier oil.
