5. i USED to have hay fever, but no more. the easy cheap, ALL NATURAL remedy is LOCAL WILDFLOWER HONEY.

teaspoon a day a few months before + the only symptom w/ be sinus headaches + fixed that too. i just inhale some pepper + sneeze them away.
