you are having no side effects after all this time I'd continue to take it. When used for maintenance, some practitioners recommend taking a supplement 6 days/week instead of every day day. That being said, you did not mention how much turkey tail you have been taking daily. At 2,000 mg/day it has been proven safe in tests for up to 3 years. But that doesn't mean it becomes unsafe after that, it only means that that was the length of the test. IMO if you are in cancer remission you should take things that support that remission, which turkey tail does by keeping the part of your immune system that fights cancer cells boosted.

That's my two-cents.
