#99 was the one that was "blown up" in one of the episodes.

Crap was blown up. Then it didn't go right. Load the stuff back into the hopper (poor production assistants (drones) Blow it up again. As I recall it was blown up three times before the 3rd one worked...and it was a hot summer day.
