There are interviews with football players describing hard hits and then they show the footage of that hit, which I couldn’t watch.

This documentary has a special meaning to me as I lost my oldest son to suicide. There is a big flaw in our treatment of mental health in that there isn’t nearly enough focus into the physical things that are going on with the brain. It’s the only human illness that we expect those suffering to use the very organ that is causing the disease (clinical depression, bi-polar, anxiety) to cure their disease. Football players with CTE develop symptoms of suicidal ideations, anxiety, etc., so it’s obvious there is a link between brain health and psychological manifestations.
