4. I watched the 60 Minutes story on this, it truly is an epidemic

In cities and small towns people are dying of overdoses every day. I hear about it all the time and I live outside of a small city, it's pretty rural. Some people are turning to heroin because it's readily available - after the legal crackdown on opioid prescription pain medications. And it's such a horrific waste of life. And yes, it's the money.
