7. I sort of lucked out

...in that I turned 65 last December. We both went for the Plan F for our supplemental, which is basically the most expensive and covers the most. That was seriously a brilliant move on our part! I've had two surgeries, myriad tests, and the two chemos so far, and I've paid $10 out of pocket toward one surgery.
The Medicare drug plan isn't quite as good (thanks, Georgie-Boy) and we will probably hit the doughnut hole soon.
