I have stage III-B, high-grade papillary serous endometrial carcinoma. It had spread to local organs, so everything was removed surgically; however, it had already spread to the peritoneum, as well. Fortunately, lymph nodes were negative.
(There's a P53 mutation going on and that's part of what makes it extra aggressive.)
Next up: ongoing Herceptin infusions and 5-6 weeks of daily radiation.
