7. omg. this is going to kill me.

ya know, it isn't really painful at the time, except for an occasional poke. but a hour later? 1st visit i spent the rest of the day in bed.
today it was only a few hours. tried to ice it, felt like i put my finger in a light socket.
i could only go to bed. i was going to pass out.

the real problem is permanent nerve damage in my neck. it just has caused everything downstream to live in a permanent state of cramp. some of this stuff lights up my whole arm.

imma give it the old college try, i swear i am. because i know it is my only hope to do something besides just circle the drain faster and faster.
shoulda been done 5 years ago when the discs were fused, tho. been fucked up all along.
