8. Lyrica saved me

I have Lupus. After a bad gall bladder infection, I developed new symptoms to add to the Lupus symptom zoo: itching, burning, pin pricks, stabbing pains along my arms, hands, back, and abdomen. My doc and I tried all kinds of medications, nothing worked until i started taking relatively high dosages of Lyrica (100 mg/night, 75 mg/day). It resulted in about a 95% reduction in neuropathy-related pain. It was a life-saver.

If it wasn't for my three best friends, Lyrica, Celebrex, and Plaquenil, I don't think I'd be alive because the pain from the neuropathy and myalgia was so bad.
