7. I had/have long term Covid since

last December.

I was super wheezy and congested for months.
I tried getting an albuterol inhaler that helped a little.

Then in August, I got an inhaler that is a steroid inhaler and it has made a ton of difference
There are lots of brands. Mine is called Advair. You use it 2 times a day.
It took about a month but my congestion and wheezing are gone. I can sleep at night and don’t need tissues close by at all times.

It is so isolating, I know how you feel.
