I have found that our local hospital is the best place to go for hearing related things. They have an audiology department where I was first diagnosed years and years ago. They are very helpful when it comes to questions and fixing the hearing aids. IF you do get them make sure they are on your homeowners insurance. I have not lost one but my brother has several times and they have covered his.
