7. I'm afraid I lack discipline to dance more than a few minutes

…. unless I go to a class.
I can’t dance until I sweat to a DVD or podcast.
But I have just enough discipline to get to a class.
Zumba, Dance Fit, aerobic dance…. And I’m there.
