Wow, you should be incredibly proud! It takes a lot of dedication and discipline to achieve what you have, especially starting later in life. The fact that you turned things around and built such strength and health at 80 is truly inspiring. It just goes to show that it's never too late to make a change and prioritize fitness. Hats off to you—definitely "Mr. Magnifico" in my book! 💪
