Many years ago a doctor saw a need for mental health care and set up a small clinic - this is a county of 77,000. It has expanded now to the point where they employ 150 people and they have a system set up for immediate care and more routine care as well. They work to get federal grant money and donations to do their work.

Private business has to jump in to take care of this segment of health care. The problem is - it not making anyone wealthy so it is a hard sell.
