I applaud your proactive approach to this issue, having a lawyer ready is smart and most often necessary from what I've read and the people I've talked to. I feel so sad hearing about your pain and hope you can get through the hard parts to where it gets better for you. Sounds like it will happen. Wishing you the ability to get through what must be done and to come out so much better on the other side.
