4. I recently started seeing a therapist. One thing she likes so far is my exercise. I walk every

morning and do some strength training. I just got some insulated pants. I can comfortably go out now well below freezing even. I kind of like that. Just strolling along enjoying the morning, not even feeling it when it's really cold. I hate not getting out so bad that I had to equip myself for anything short of a hurricane or a blizzard.

My thing is some depression I get when reminded of some bad experiences. I don't think I'll even end up on medication. One thing I didn't think it would involve is talking to her about the political situation. Before my second visit, I was already looking forward to bringing that up. I'd like to be able to be informed without the gloom and anxiety it brings on. Maybe she'll help with that.

It's pretty early on, but I'm glad I asked to see a therapist. I had it in mind that I would for some time if things got to me again.
