i'm pretty stuck in the muck myself, but starting to crawl out.
yoga rly helps. i have had a hard time eating, so i focused on having something besides coffee and cigarettes, which helps.

but i only get so many good days in a row, and i have to take a day or 2 to recharge. i resent those days, but i try to just accept that that is the way it is.

i spend a lot of time zoned out on netflix. i picked up a hat i started knitting last winter, so i can do something besides veg. anything to quiet that inner criticism.
me- but you dont even need a hat.
also me- yes, but i could use the therapy.

be gentle w yourself. you have a lot of company these days.
