Just had a telephone 'progress' update with my prescribing therapist

I'm going to schedule an appt. (asap) with my Psychiatrist (he's great but he doesn't provide therapy because his main thing is prescribing and monitoring medication). Right now I'm on 40 Mg. of Cymbalta daily. I also have Xanax to take as needed for Anxiety.

I'm wondering if there's another medication (additional meds.) that I can take that will help with the trauma of the upcoming months....

My fellow LGBTQ+ friends and I are nervous. I have three couple friends (two male couples and one female couple) who are wondering if gay marriage is overturned would it mean their marriages would become invalid? One of the male couples have three kids. One's 18 and Autistic and then they have the twins who are 16.
