I keep forgetting this manipulative technique that my cousin has used on me Please help [View all]
She never expresses her anger but she does things that are sneaky to hurt me. Like a few years ago she was very angry at me because of the way I treated her when we were on a vacation to a weekend trip to an Eckart Tolle retreat ( I have come up with this conclusion on my own) The last day was a Sunday and I woke up way passst the time to go to the last day of the retreat. Her excuse for not getting me up was that she "tried" to wake me up but I didn't get up. I found out that she had been awake for a few hours and just didn't get me up like we had agreed. I know there is a name for this behaviour but I keep forgetting it.
What is the name????
