With school, and work, and your wife... You manage to keep it all together and still make time to encourage everyone in this group!!

Great advice. I do think people don't also give them enough credit for their successes. For example, Denninmi could have said shortly after starting to ride his bike "I will never make 50 miles, so why bother", but he didn't. You have to keep celebrating the minor successes that get you to your ultimate goal.

Keep on keeping on and you will get there. Maybe a set back (or two, or three, or ten), but if you are making progress, you are successful!
