And be here to hear you. I have a feeling that even writing everything out is rather theraputic, just like talking to someone. If you do end up on the Abilify, maybe you can get a glucose monitoring system and just check your sugar once a week.

I wonder about low doses of the 'pam' drugs. There is always a chance of misuse or dependency. Is it clonapin, that people take, now? I'm not sure? My pharmacology may be very dated by now.

Sometimes a new drug comes along and it really gets hyped. They hold back on other stuff because of it's reputation. You hardly every hear of anyone getting Xanax, any more and certainly not Valium. Maybe, that is it, if you can prevent the massive anxiety you wouldn't need a PRN antianxiety or a sleep med.
